A STUDY ON PARTIVIPATION IN DESIGN BY UK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role design engineering department construction company, each actor, collaboration and its results in case where UK company involved early stage process, make recommendation for Japanese procurement system. In both countries, similarities were found scope contractor’s responsibility, between architect, contractor owner. It was also that UK, working with companies from outset without tendering positively evaluated.
